The CMAA Florida Chapter was affirmed in the fall of 2003 by a small group of industry professionals in Tampa, FL who wanted to expand their knowledge, professionalism and value to the industry by bringing the tenets of CMAA to their everyday work and to their peers in the industry.

Since that time the Chapter has grown to encompass not only the Greater Tampa Bay Area but all counties east across Central Florida and the Orlando region. We are over 100 members strong and have a diverse corporate base made up of Owners, engineers, architects, contractors, educators, students…. everyone with a stake in the construction industry’s success.

Any member of CMAA’s national organization, located and working in the Florida market, is an automatic member of this Chapter. While adhering to CMAA’s Mission – promoting and enhancing leadership, professionalism, and excellence in managing the development and construction of projects and programs - another primary goal of our Chapter is education.
